The SHARES North West SCITT programme is an innovative school-led Initial Teacher Training model. Over the course of one year they will give you the skills and experience required to become a highly effective, fully qualified teacher, ready to take up a teaching post in a Primary School. You will have the opportunity to train in our district and may be given the chance to gain experience at Cobbs Brow Primary.
