Junior 2: Miss Lewis

Welcome to Junior 2, I am thrilled to be your child’s teacher this year alongside Miss Shallcross, our fantastic teaching assistant.

Our class is a mixed Year 3 and 4 class. Each morning, the children will be taught English and Maths, followed by a range of core and foundation subjects during the afternoon sessions. The children have a reading book and a weekly spelling list for home learning. We encourage the children to read each night at home with you and practise their spellings to support their learning in school. On Fridays, children will receive Maths and English home learning to complete and be returned to school.

P.E sessions take place every Monday with a teacher-led session and Friday with a West Lancs Sports Partnership coach.
